1. Freeze Frame-Cam One International Inc. ( Cam One.com ) operates as a general purpose portfolio data base web site and community for agencies producers, models, actors, and photographers. It is a public access site. Cam One.com provides a data base which enables professional displays, marketing, and communication amongst agencies, producers, models, actors, and photographers. Cam One.com has no ownership interest in any image uploaded by users to this site.

2.  All users of this site are responsible to abide by this agreement and site guidelines, and to abide by the agreement and guidelines of any third party payment systems.

3.  It is the mission statement of Cam One.com to provide the most up to date and user friendly web sight of it's kind by staying on top of new technology and more importantly by listening to our customer's requests and ideas in order to help Cam One.com to continue to evolve and stay at the cutting edge of our industry.

4.  As the industry becomes more internet savvy, the need for a trustworthy, reliable and diverse database source is more apparent. The challenge is to keep it fresh and full of new talent and ideas. Cam One.com will meet this challenge.

5.  The main problem with any data base is keeping it updated. Cam One.com has developed two new methods for constant clean-up: (1) all talent will have follow up phone calls to ensure they are "real" and (2) the server will automatically ping the email addresses to find non working addresses and then red flag them to allow users and talent to be aware of possible email changes that need to be made.

6.  The user hereby grants Cam One.com the right to edit, copy publish and republish any and all information or material posted or transmitted to the site, and the user agrees that the information or material that the user posts in not confidential or proprietary.

7.  The user hereby agrees and understands that the site shall not be used for the promotion or recruitment of escorts or escort services etc. and that the use of this site, and any of the information contained herein, which in any way promotes or recruits escorts or escort services etc. shall result in the immediate disabling of the users membership and information. There shall be no refund of any money paid by a user who violates this rule.

8.  The user understands that the site includes bulletin boards and chat rooms which allow the user to post information and respond in real-time. The user hereby agrees not to post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, or which in any way violates any applicable local, state, national or international law. The user hereby agrees to not post information or correspondence that violates US Federal, and International Trademark or copyright laws and restrictions in any way. The user will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless Cam One.com, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from any material that you post or transmit. The user acknowledges and agrees that Cam One.com reserves the right to change or modify portfolio information or message board postings as needed and without notice. and that Cam One.com and its affiliates do not control the information available on the bulletin boards and chat rooms and that the information contained therein is that of the respective author who is solely liable for their content. Cam One.com and its affiliates reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, links,, email addresses, images, and content submitted to, or posted on the site. The user hereby agrees to read and adhere to the guidelines as posted throughout the site. The user agrees and understands that any personal information that the user discloses on the site can be collected and used by others, and that the user takes sole responsibility and liability, and holds Cam One.com harmless, for such collection and use.

9.  The user acknowledges that Cam One.com does not review or monitor, and is not responsible for, the accuracy or content of any link in the site. The user agrees not to post any link in any area of the site that leads to adult content or pay sites. Cam One.com has the right to remove any link that leads to an adult content or pay site, or to any other site that Cam One.com determines in its sole discretion should not be a link on this site.

10.  The user acknowledges and hereby agrees that sexually explicit material is not permitted on the site. This includes, but is not limited to, images of any sexual act, and/or sexual arousal. Any user who violates this rule shall have their membership and information disabled, and the user shall not be entitled to any refund of money paid. Cam One.com is not intended for use by any person under the age of 18. Do not attempt to use this site if you are under the age of 18. By agreeing to the terms on this site, you are hereby stating that you are over the age of 18. Any user under the age of 18 shall have their membership and information disabled and the user who is under 18 shall receive no refund of any money paid.  How ever, all talent under the age of 18 can list on the site with a fax or letter from parent or guardian, with prove of ID,  approving their listing on www.Camone.com.

11.  THE SERVICE AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPOSED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER ALL LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. CAM ONE.COM DOES NOT ENDORSE, NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR, THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT CONTAINED IN THE SITE. THE USE OF THE SITE IS AT THE USER'S OWN RISK. NEITHER CAM ONE.COM. NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE ACCESS OR USE OF, OR THE USER'S INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE SITE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITE, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITE. THE USER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST CAM ONE.COM AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SITE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.

12.  This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the site shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. The use of this site constitutes the user's agreement to, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement. Cam One.com reserves the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice. Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause the user's membership to be terminated without a refund.
